At the firm, she oversees finance, controlling, and HR matters. She also coordinates marketing and PR efforts and manages administrative procedures and IT solutions. She organizes training and professional events, liaises with the media, and maintains a consistent brand image, including visual identity.

She holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Economics in Katowice. Completed postgraduate studies in Controlling and Budgeting at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and in Tax Advisory at the University of Economics in Kraków.
