We have completed another interesting project!

This time we supported Altios International in an international transaction for the acquisition of shares in a group of companies.

Transaction documentation for an acquisition of this size, while maintaining the parties’ agreements and the requirements of Polish law, required very efficient project coordination on both sides. We would like to thank Altios International for the trust and, as always, extremely successful cooperation.
