Leasing and franchising (franchising) is potentially a crutch for entrepreneurs operating in shopping centres today. We are already facing cases related to the possibility of termination of lease agreements for premises in shopping centres and even termination of franchise agreements with chains which do not seek solutions which would help them jointly survive the pandemic period. The first such cases are behind us. But each requires an individual approach, a separate assessment of the situation.
