A very interesting case, our next favorable judgment.
This time we represented an investor in a dispute with an insurance company in relation to construction damage during an investment.
The case was very interesting both from the perspective of investors who use insurance products for the duration of the investment, in the context of clauses in the General Insurance Agreement which exclude the insurer’s liability and making the right choice of insurance products, as well as from the perspective of “purely” legal issues, including the issue of whether a lawsuit filed for a lower amount of damages may interrupt the course of the statute of limitations with respect to the higher amount of damages determined on the basis of an expert valuation only during the trial.
In its entirety, the judgment in favor of our client is final.
