Jakub Gajda is currently completing his advocate training at the Kraków Bar Association.

He specialises in restructuring and insolvency law, as well as debt recovery. He represents clients in court proceedings and in enforcement matters.

In his professional practice to date, he has also dealt with consumer law, including cases concerning Swiss franc-denominated loans (the so-called “CHF cases”).

His interests include the history of political doctrines and combat sports.
