We are working simultaneously on 6 new lease agreements for large areas in logistics centres. At the same time the number of cases and inquiries about the possibility of withdrawal from or termination of lease agreements is growing, and the reason – to say the least – is obviously an epidemic situation. The problem concerns not only tenants, but more and more often shopping centres and logistics centres which have problems with keeping their tenants ask for help. This is probably the first time that in parallel some entrepreneurs have felt the crisis very painfully, when at the same time other entrepreneurs are developing rapidly.
