Successful negotiation of changes in lease terms at a logistics park operated by one of the leading operators in Poland. Obviously, the reason for the situation was related to the Covid-19 outbreak. Nevertheless, it was an example of great understanding of the situation by both parties of the lease and the search for a solution that would satisfy the landlord and the tenant, who only seem to have divergent interests.
