This time we represented one of the leading suppliers of parts in the automotive industry before the competent regional environmental protection inspector in a proceeding concerning alleged emissions of odour substances in connection with its production activity. After nearly 3 years of proceedings, the public administration body upheld our position and discontinued the administrative proceedings against our client.
