The basis for the decision was an examination of whether and to what extent such activity may have an impact on the environment. It was a rather complicated process and still quite a rare issue, and above all it required the specialist knowledge of experts in environmental protection. However, taking into account the growing scale of the problem of waste storage, selection and utilisation, there may be more and more such cases every year.
