Last Friday, 14 July, we had the great pleasure of hosting at Villa Decius the celebration of the National Day of France, organized by the Consulate General of France and at the invitation of Rector Polska, a subsidiary of the French group Rector Lesage, a leader in the production of precast concrete elements, operating in Poland since 2003.

This year’s festivities were made extra special by the imminent end of the diplomatic mission by the current Consul Anne Schmidt -Riou, whose term of office came at such an inopportune time. The Consul received thanks from distinguished guests, including the President Majchrowski, the First Deputy Governor of Małopolska Ryszard Pagacz, as well as the Consul General of Ukraine, Germany and Austria.

As every year, it was a great opportunity to meet good old friends and acquaintances and to make many new contacts in the circle of Francophiles. NWN, with its experienced French-speaking department, finds itself perfectly placed in this circle.
