We are pleased to share the information about the legally won lawsuit which we conducted on behalf of one of the municipalities. The dispute concerned the payment of contractual penalties under an agreement on the sale of shares in a limited liability company to an entity that had undertaken to provide certain services to the local community and had failed to fulfil its obligations. The entity had fully met its business objective, but had abandoned the obligations agreed with the municipality. The court of appeal fully endorsed our position and held that the conditions for awarding contractual penalties had been met. We are currently supporting one of the municipalities in another case of this type.
