We deal with public procurement for the purposes of our core specialization, namely handling construction projects. Our experience so far and at the same time our offer concern services for both sides of the public procurement procedure:

• on behalf of public procurers (contractors, bidders) – with regard to verifying the correctness and completeness of submitted bids, as well as representation in appeal proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber (NAC) and in proceedings before the District Court on a complaint against a NAC ruling or decision of the NAC President,
• on behalf of contracting authorities, including local government units, as regards preparation or verification of tender documentation, including appendices comprising model construction work contracts, as well as in proceedings as above (on contractors’ appeals before the NAC or the District Court in Warsaw).
