Over the years we have conducted many cases not directly connected with real estate. These have concerned our clients’ companies operating on the real estate market, but we have also dealt with cases from various areas of law independently. As an example we can point to the fact that for many years we have been providing services to several leading, large banks at the regional level, as well as conducting cases on behalf of the headquarters of these banks. We handled the process of setting up a brokerage house and organising its operations from A to Z, including drawing up all internal regulations, procedures and document templates, as well as appearing before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. At the other extreme were typically commercial matters or complex contracts.
